Reviewing Past Results, Averages And High Low Pattern Messages:
 
  • Your meter stores your most recent 750 blood glucose and control solution test results and displays the blood glucose results in several ways.
  • If your meter is off, press and hold OK until the start-up screen appears. Once the start-up screen is displayed release OK. See Turning your meter on. 
  • If you have just completed a test, press and hold  to get to the Main Menu from the blood glucose result screen. 
  • From the Main Menu, choose:
    • My History to view:
      • Last Result
      • Results Log
      • Averages
  • Pattern Log to view high or low pattern messages.
  • Press ↑ or ↓ to highlight your selection and press OK.

My History:
  • From the My History menu, choose:
    • Last Result
    • Results Log
    • Averages

Last Result:

Results Log:
  • The meter will display up to six results at a time, starting with the most recent.
  • Press ↓ to move backward and ↑ to move forward through your results. Pressing ↑ and ↓ holding or allows you to move more quickly.
  • The following symbols may also appear:
    • HI if the blood glucose result was above 600 mg/dL
    • LO if the blood glucose result was below 20 mg/dL
    • C if the result is from a control solution test.
    •  if the blood glucose result is tagged Before meal
    •  if the blood glucose result is tagged After meal
  • To view details of an individual result, press ↑ or ↓ to highlight the result, then press OK.
  • To return to the previous screen, press .
  • Press OK to return to the Main Menu.

Averages:
  • For each of the 7, 14, 30, and 90 day periods leading up to the current date, the meter will display the number of results and the average of those results
  • To view details about your 7, 14, 30, and 90 day averages, highlight the Average and press OK.
  • From the Day Avg screen, press  to return to the Averages screen.
  • Press OK to return to the Main Menu.
    • If you do not have results in the past 7, 14, 30, and 90 day periods, the number next to Results will be zero and dashes will appear in the mg/dL column.
    • In result averages, an EXTREME HIGH GLUCOSE result is always counted as 600 mg/dL, and an EXTREME LOW GLUCOSE result is always counted as 20 mg/dL.
 
  • Note:
    • The meter calculates averages based on the 7, 14, 30, and 90 day periods ending on the current date setting. If you change your date setting, your averages may change too.
    • Result averages provide information from past results. Do Not use result averages to make immediate treatment decisions. Always consult your health care professional before making significant changes to your diabetes care plan.
 
  • CAUTION:
    • Do Not allow other people to use your meter as it may affect your averages.
