Installing And Updating The App:
Installing the App:
1. Download the OneTouch Reveal® mobile app from Google Play and install it on your mobile device.
2. Once the app is installed, open it by tapping on the app icon.
Check Your Mobile Device Settings:
- Some mobile device settings may prevent you from getting notifications and syncing your readings.
The exact location of each setting is determined by your operating system (OS) and mobile device.
To see your OS version, go to your mobile device's Settings and find the About section. Follow your mobile device manufacturer's instructions for further information.
- Private Space
For Android 15 and above:

- Do Not install the OneTouch Reveal mobile app in private space. Private space is a feature that lets you install apps into a separate space on your mobile device.
Apps that are in private space have restricted functions and do not work in the background.
Notifications may not be received when the app is installed in private space. If you have set up private space, you can access it at the bottom of your app drawer.

- NOTE: If the app is installed in private space, you will need to uninstall and reinstall it.
This will disable the Bluetooth connection between your meter and mobile device, requiring you to pair the meter again.

- Follow these steps to remove the app from private space:
1. Uninstall the OneTouch Reveal mobile app from private space.
2. Install the app in your main space.
3. Log into the OneTouch Reveal mobile app and pair your meter again.
Updating the App:
- On iOS, follow these steps:
1. Open the Google Play app.
2. At the top right, tap your Profile Icon.
3. Tap Manage Apps & Device. Apps with an update available are labeled "Update Available".
4. Tap Update.
- NOTE: Once you have downloaded a new version of the app, you will not be able to revert back to a previous version of the app.
