Orders:

 

  • I want to change or cancel a subscription, bundle, or order.
    • Your bundle or test strip subscription will renew automatically, and your payment method will be charged automatically, unless you cancel the automatic renewal you chose when you subscribed. To cancel automatic renewal, notify OneTouch® Customer Service at least 14 days prior to the end of the bundle or subscription period that you want to be your last subscription period. Subscription renewal cancelation will be effective at the end of your current monthly or quarterly subscription period if you cancel at least 14 days prior to the start of the next subscription period, as outlined in the terms of purchase. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of the next subscription period, your cancelation will be effective at the end of the following subscription period.
    • There are no pro-rated refunds for unused portions of your bundle or subscription.
    • To make a change to your subscription by adding or dropping an item, please contact OneTouch® Customer Service with your request. The change will take effect at the start of the next subscription period if you contact OneTouch® Customer Service more than 14 days before the start of your next subscription period. Otherwise, the change will take effect at the start of the subsequent subscription period.
