OneTouch® Select Simple™ - Error 1

Error 1:

• What it means:
  • Error message indicates there is a problem with the meter.

• What to do:
  • Remove the batteries.
  • Press the Power or Ok button for 3 seconds.
  • Reseat the batteries.
  • Turn meter back on normally (with strip or Power button).
  • NOTE:
    • If there are no buttons, remove the batteries for at least 10 seconds and then reseat them.
  • If the error continues to appear, do not use the meter. Contact Customer Care.
