“No last result is stored” Error:

• What it means:
  
  • No last result is stored, such as the first time use of the meter, or if you have installed a new battery.
    
• OR
  
  • Your meter was unable to recall the last result.
    

• What to do:
  
  • You can still perform a blood glucose test and get an accurate test result. Contact Customer Care to report this occurrence if this is not your first time use of the meter, or if you have not installed a new battery.
