- If you are unable to access the OneTouch Reveal® web application, check the following:
- The OneTouch Reveal® web application may temporarily be unavailable. If this is the case, a message will appear notifying you to try to sign in again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, contact Customer Care. For technical support contact information, see Technical Support.
- A firewall might be preventing you from accessing the site. Contact your computer support personnel or contact Customer Care. For technical support contact information, see Technical Support.
