Error 3:
What it means:
The sample was applied before the meter was ready.
What to do:
Repeat the test with a new test strip. Apply a blood or control solution sample only after the Apply Blood or Apply Control Solution screen appears on the display.
If this message continues to appear, contact Customer Care.
Error Screens:
If there is a problem with the meter, error screens may appear. If you cannot resolve the error with your meter, contact Customer Care. They will refer to the error number, and a sub-error code found in the Meter Info screen, to help troubleshoot the problem. For more information on viewing the Meter Info screen:
